- Pre-launch: Administrative activities in preparation for a successful launch

Pre-Launch
Step 1: Implementation Meeting
This is your first meeting with your Partner Success team. We’ll use this time to talk through the process of implementing Mento at your organization.

Launch
This phase focuses on the success of announcing your program, enrolling your participants, and a coordinated launch of coaching activities.
Step 1: Schedule your company launch event
This is an event co-hosted by you and Mento where we’ll:
- Introduce all your participants to Mento at once and help set expectations.
- Host a Q&A to help answer any questions
- Reserve the last 10 minutes of the meeting to get everyone to sign up and fill out their Coaching Baseline Survey
