📋 How to Use These Templates

Step 1: Choose your template

Pick the version that matches your company culture and audience:

• Version 1 (Executive-Focused) – Direct, efficient tone. Best for senior leaders or peer-to-peer communication from executives.
• Version 2 (Warm & Enthusiastic) – Encouraging, supportive tone. Best for mid-level leaders, managers, or high-potential programs.

Not sure which to use? Start with Version 2 – it works for most audiences.

Step 2: Customize the bracketed sections

Replace anything in [BRACKETS] with your specific information

Optional customizations:

• Change program duration (e.g., "6 months" instead of "year")
• Add a program kickoff line if you're hosting a live session

Step 3: Double check the links

Make sure these two links are active in your email:

• Your manager: Provide you with the time to fully participate in coaching and facilitate ongoing development conversations to discuss how coaching can support your goals.

What We Need From You

Please reply to this email to confirm if you are interested in participating by DATE. If you do not think you will have bandwidth to engage in coaching, we can accommodate another employee on our waitlist and consider you for a future round of the program. If you don't complete onboarding within 30 days, your spot will be released.

Create your Mento account (Sign-in with Google using your @COMPANY DOMAIN email is preferred, or create an account using your email)

Once you're set up, you'll receive an email from Mento within 48 hours to begin matching. You'll share your goals and preferences, then meet 2–3 coaches via short chemistry calls to find the coach who's right for you.
