Mento is a coaching and mentorship platform that combines professional coaching with real-world operator experience. The model is ~80% coaching and ~20% mentorship.
Mento coaches are also expert operators (sales, marketing, engineering, design, etc.). They not only coach but also bring firsthand career experience and practical guidance.
Mento is a 1:1 coaching platform. We focused there because the impact (real shifts in leadership, decision making, and behavior) shows up most clearly in the one-on-one relationship between a member and their coach.

Eligibility is determined by the partner organization. Mento works with executives, managers, and high-potential employees at all levels.
A standard Mento engagement is 24 sessions over 12 months, biweekly. This is the arc we recommend for the deepest growth, with a foundation phase, midpoint check in, and deliberate completion. Shorter engagements of 12 sessions over 6 months are available for use cases like pilots, focused development sprints, or when annual licensing rotates members every six months. Programs are licensed annually regardless of individual engagement length.
Most engagements follow a biweekly cadence (every two weeks).
