Mento is a coaching and mentorship platform that combines professional coaching with real-world operator experience. The model is ~80% coaching and ~20% mentorship.
Mento coaches are also expert operators (sales, marketing, engineering, design, etc.). They not only coach but also bring firsthand career experience and practical guidance.
Eligibility is determined by the partner organization. Mento works with executives, managers, and high-potential employees at all levels.
Mento programs are typically licensed on an annual basis, with members rotating every 6 or 12 months depending on program design.
Most engagements follow a bi-weekly cadence (every two weeks).
Most members meet biweekly for 45 minutes for Leadership Tier and 60 minutes for Executive Tier.
Yes, sessions may be rescheduled up to 48 hours in advance.
