Please see the below questions and related processes and policies at Mento. If there are any questions that are not addressed below, please feel free to reach out to your Partner Success Manager and we will gladly help you out! In this guide, you’ll find more info about:
Employees can easily sign up using their work email by visiting www.mento.co and selecting the "Get Started" button. This ensures that they are registered under your company’s account and eligible for the coaching benefits outlined in your program.
If you’re looking to expand access to Mento for additional employees, simply have them sign up at www.mento.co using their work email address. Once they’ve registered, we’ll add them to your company’s account, and their memberships will be included in your next billing cycle. It’s a smooth process designed to ensure your team members can start benefiting from coaching without delay.
You can expect to receive your first report approximately two months after your team begins coaching. This timeline allows participants to complete 3–4 sessions, after which we survey them to gather meaningful feedback. Following the initial report, we will continue providing updates on a quarterly basis to keep you informed on participation, usage, and overall program impact.
To make sure that our coaching supports your company’s goals and does not conflict with managerial advice, we encourage you to consult with your Partner Success Manager. We’re more than happy to arrange an alignment call with our team to discuss your company’s strategy and how coaching can complement it.
We take confidentiality very seriously at Mento. Everything shared within the coaching sessions is kept strictly confidential. Per our contract, Mento is bound by the confidentiality clauses outlined in our Terms of Service, and each of our coaches has signed personal confidentiality agreements. This ensures that your company’s intellectual property and sensitive information remain secure.
If an employee discontinues their coaching sessions, the Mento team will notify you. This gives you the opportunity to review the situation and, if needed, transfer their membership to another team member or discuss alternative options.
