What you can expect from us

We move fast. Most asks get a real answer the same day, often within hours. If something's urgent or sensitive, Slack or email your Partner Success contact directly.

We tell you what's working and what isn't. We won't sit on data, soft pedal a member issue, or chase metrics that don't matter to you. Real feedback both ways is how this works.

We share the wheel. Your program is yours. We bring the operating model, the coaches, the platform, and a lot of pattern recognition from running coaching programs at other orgs. You bring the context that makes it land at your org.

Who you'll work with

• Your Partner Success contact at Mento. Day to day relationship, member operations, expansion conversations, anything that comes up. Their name and email is in the welcome note that brought you here. We also handle commercial conversations (additional seats, renewals, new business units).
• **[email protected].** For individual member support questions (a member can't log in, a coach needs to be switched, a scheduling issue). Members can email this directly too.

When you have questions

• Operational ("how does X work?"): Partner FAQs first, then your Partner Success contact.
• Strategic ("how should we approach Y?"): Schedule time with your Partner Success contact. Strategic conversations are what those meetings are for.
• Urgent or sensitive (member issue, complaint, exec concern): Email or Slack your Partner Success contact directly. We move fast on these.
