Implementation can move quickly when your team is ready, and your Partner Success contact will guide you through each step.
What we do: implementation call with your point of contact, IT setup and provisioning, communications plan review, kickoff structure finalization.
What we need from you: identify your members. Ideally before contract signature, or within 30 to 60 days of signing. The most successful partners come into implementation already knowing who is in. If you haven't landed on names yet, your Partner Success contact will help work backward from your launch target.
We highly recommend a 30 minute group kickoff call to launch coaching with your team.
Programs that include a live kickoff tend to launch more smoothly than those relying on email alone. You're often the most coaching-literate person in the room. Many of your members will have never been coached and don't yet have a mental model for what they're walking into. The kickoff call answers their questions in real time: Why was I selected? How long is this? Is it just me or is the whole cohort in? Why is the company investing in this? Live framing reaches members in a way email rarely does.
Your Partner Success contact co-hosts the kickoff with you. You bring the company lens, we run the program mechanics.
