Welcome to the Mento guide for executive assistants.
Thank you for helping schedule coaching sessions for your executive who is starting (or already in) a Mento coaching engagement. This page covers what you can do, what stays with the executive, and how to make the scheduling part as smooth as possible. If anything is unclear, email [email protected] and our team will help!
Mento is an executive coaching platform. Your executive is paired with a vetted professional coach who works with them one on one over the course of their engagement (typically 12 months). Sessions are biweekly, 60 minutes each, virtual, and focused on whatever the executive wants to grow into: leadership, decision making, navigating big transitions, executive presence, you name it.
The coaches are senior operators (former C-suite leaders, VPs, founders) who bring real career experience to the room alongside their coaching credentials. Mento accepts roughly 0.5% of coach applicants, so the bench is high quality.
The executive completes a short signup at app.mento.co/get-started, then receives two to three recommended coaches in their inbox. They do a 30 minute chemistry call with each (this is where you come in, booking those calls) and pick the coach they want to work with. Once a coach is chosen, ongoing 60 minute sessions are scheduled biweekly for the duration of the engagement.
Two things:
That is the full scope. Everything else (the coaching itself, the platform, the Growth Plan, anything substantive about the engagement) stays with the executive.
