Running a successful Mento program is a partnership. Here's how responsibilities are divided:
What You Own (Partner Responsibilities)
✅ Program Design
- Decide who's eligible (roles, levels, selection criteria)
- Choose cohort-based or rolling enrollment
- Set program expectations with your leadership
✅ Launch & Communication
- Announce the program to eligible employees
- Host kickoff session (we'll co-present with you)
- Encourage signups and drive adoption
- Involve managers appropriately (without undermining confidentiality)
✅ Ongoing Support
- Address low engagement with employees
- Reassign seats when employees leave
✅ Feedback & Iteration
- Share what's working and what's not
- Help us improve the experience for your culture
- Support renewal conversations
