Running a successful Mento program is a partnership. Here's how responsibilities are divided:

What You Own (Partner Responsibilities)

✅ Program Design

• Decide who's eligible (roles, levels, selection criteria)
• Choose cohort-based or rolling enrollment
• Set program expectations with your leadership

✅ Launch & Communication

• Announce the program to eligible employees
• Host kickoff session (we'll co-present with you)
• Encourage signups and drive adoption
• Involve managers appropriately (without undermining confidentiality)

✅ Ongoing Support

• Address low engagement with employees
• Reassign seats when employees leave

✅ Feedback & Iteration

• Share what's working and what's not
• Help us improve the experience for your culture
• Support renewal conversations
