Who makes a great referral?

A senior or mid-level leader at another company, ideally in HR, People, or Learning and Development. The roles where Mento lands well include:

• CHROs, Chief People Officers, VPs of People
• Directors and Managers of Learning and Development
• HRBPs and HR Directors
• Department or function heads (Product, Sales, Engineering, etc.) who own development for their teams

How do I refer someone?

Submit one referral form per person you'd like to introduce. The form takes about a minute and gives you the option to either introduce us yourself or have us reach out directly.

What do I get for referring?

• $200 Amazon gift card for a successful intro (a completed call between Mento and your referral)
• $2,000 Amazon gift card if your referral becomes a paying Mento partner, issued after Mento receives funds against the initial contract term

What does my referral get?

A brief, no pressure intro call with our growth team to learn whether Mento is a fit for their organization.

What happens after I submit?

A member of our growth team will reach out within one week with one of three paths: an immediate introduction request (we'll supply templates to make it easy), a request for more information, or a pass. You'll hear back regardless of the outcome.
