If you haven’t already, please complete the following steps by today EOD:

For those who have already signed up, please review your recommended coach matches from Mento so you can schedule chemistry calls. If you are undecided about which coach to select, you can sign up for a Match Call to share more about your preferences (or ask for another coach to consider via email).

Reminder, for any of the below needs, please email the Mento Support Team at [email protected]:

• If you would like to add additional 360 reviewers for Peer Insights after you did your initial submission
  • In your message, include the following for each person you’d like to add:
    • Full Name
    • Email Address
    • Relationship Type (e.g., My Manager, My Direct Report, Team Member, Co-worker, Previous Co-worker, Other)
• If you want to share additional information on yourself and what you are looking for in a coach
• If you need additional coach match recommendations

Note, if you are VP Plus, you are considered Exec Level with Mento and will have 1 hr coaching sessions. Director/Sr Director will have 45 minute coaching sessions.
