To make the most of your last few sessions with your coach, reflect on the following:

• What development objectives have you accomplished while working with your Mento coach? How might you build on that progress?
• What are you still working on or what feels open-ended? How might you gain more clarity or hold yourself accountable to next steps?
• What topics could you bring to your upcoming sessions that will have the biggest impact?
