The kickoff is your chance to:

• Activate members who signed up early to book their first chemistry call live in the room (matches are ready by then)
• Catch stragglers who haven't signed up yet (the session doubles as a real-time push)
• Answer questions and reduce friction so first sessions land within days, not weeks
