You have been selected to participate in our Mento Coaching program! ◡̈

We have immensely appreciated the value you've brought to our company thus far and know that you'll continue to make continued tremendous impact. We will be investing in you via a partnership with Mento, a leadership coaching platform. Through Mento, you will gain access to leadership coaching!

This will be a one year program (with opportunity for extension) ****where you will receive coaching every other week (45 min each session) by a coaching professional in your industry. You bring the content to your sessions, and our hope is that you will receive the guidance you need to be more effective in your role and for your teams.

I will be scheduling a kick-off meeting to explain the onboarding process to share more about the program details and expectations. Please ensure you join this meeting as we will be talking through a lot.

A quick heads up on what to expect regarding next steps:

Attend Kick-off Meeting (details re: the program itself will be shared)
Mento will provide info/guide on the platform, and we'll give you instructions to access the link to get you started.
You will use the link provided to sign up on the Mento platform.
Immediately after registering, each member will be sent a link to sign up for their coach-matching call. Mento uses this call to learn a bit about you, including any goals, preferences, or questions you might have.
You will either leave that call having identified a coach you'd like to work with, or you'll be sent links to schedule chemistry calls with coaches they'd like to meet with. Our recommendation here is that you select a coach that has been in a role within the same industry as yours (i.e. A leader in Product, or a leader in Engineering, or a leader in Data, etc)
1. TIP: Schedule as many chemistry calls until you find the RIGHT coach that can not only support you with tactical topics (i.e. questions that you experience in your role and need guidance on, practice on public speaking or executive presence, etc) but also high-level professional/personal growth topics.
Once you've made a decision about their coach, you will then schedule a standing coaching meeting for every two weeks.

While Leadership Coaching can come as a high $ investment, we are confident that the return will be ten-fold if you benefit from it. It is important to note that coaching is all about what you invest in it. If you're consistent and you bring your full attention to your own self-development and growth, it can be an incredible relationship that supports you on your professional and personal journey. Hence, I'm excited for you to be part of this program!
