Your internal data is what turns an impact review into a story your leadership will act on. By pull a few numbers from your HRIS, Mento will help you build the narrative for your coaching program.

The short version
Why it's worth it: our Pulse Checks show how members see their own growth. Your data shows whether your teams and the business felt it. We've built impact reviews this way with other partners, and it's the version that lands with executives. In a recent one, coached leaders scored 8.5 points above the company benchmark on employee experience, and 90% of coached managers kept every one of their direct reports.
What we'll do with it: compare your coached leaders to everyone else, estimate ROI, and work with you on the story you take to leadership.
What we're looking for:
The easiest way: a raw pull. Send us the rows for your members and we'll handle the rest. Then, to compare populations, a raw pull or a aggregated numbers by role both work.
When: 4 weeks before your impact review.

Our Pulse Checks and baselines capture how members see their own growth. That's a real signal, but on its own it rarely survives a budget conversation. When we can put coached leaders next to their peers on a metric your leadership already trusts, the result stops being our claim and becomes your evidence.
An impact review built on your numbers, not just ours. We'll show where coached leaders and their teams are pulling ahead, estimate what that's worth in retention, and help you shape the narrative for your leadership team, including what it means for your next cohort.
A raw pull. You should have the list of coached members in your Partner Dashboard. Pull their rows from your systems with the fields below and send them over as is. We'll match, clean, and calculate.
For everyone else, you have two options:
Either works. Pick whichever is less work for your team.
| Data | Where it usually lives | Fields |
|---|---|---|
| Manager effectiveness | Engagement survey (manager section) | Each leader's score, as rated by their direct reports |
| Performance | Most recent performance cycle or talent review | Each leader's rating, and what counts as "top" in your system |
| Regrettable turnover | HRIS | Whether the leader left (regrettable only), current team headcount, regrettable departures from their team since coaching started |
